Please read this information regarding new policies and procedures for the safety of our guests & staff:
  • If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness, please stay home and rest up. We will see you some other time soon!

  • Please reschedule if anyone in your party has travelled outside of Western Canada, defined as West of Terrace Bay, Ontario to British Columbia in the last 14 days.

  • If you have travelled outside that area and a 14 day quarantine cannot be verified, you will not be permitted to dine at Sous Sol.

  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided at the front entrance upon arrival.

  • Hand sanitizer is also available at the hallway near the washrooms.

  • No seating allowed directly at our bar top.

  • Tables, chairs, settings, payment terminals etc. will be sanitized between every seating.

  • If it is your preference, our front of house staff have masks available to wear while serving you.

  • To reduce cross contamination, physical menus will not be provided intially.

  • Please use your mobile devices to view our menu online.

  • Single-use menus are kept on hand for anyone who cannot view the site.

  • Straws and single use cups are available upon request.

  • Electronic payment is preferred. We accept Debit, Visa, Discover, Mastercard & Amex.

  • Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable.

Reservations Reservation Policies:
  • All reservations are welcome. Dinner, drinks, snacks etc.

  • Walk-ins welcome. Reservations strongly recommended.

  • Reservations are accepted online. See below.

  • Dining Room and/or Lounge reservations are available.

  • Seating time for groups of 2: Two Hours.

  • Seating time for groups of 4 or more: Two Hours & Thirty Minutes.

  • Extended seating may be arranged if requested.

  • We do not have a phone.

  • You may reserve for up to 8 guests instantly online.

  • Please contact us directly for larger group reservations.

  • Private parties available Sunday to Wednesday.

  • If there is no notification, tables will be held for up to 30 minutes after the reservation time before the table is opened up to someone else.

  • Please cancel or contact us if you cannot make your reservation. There is no cancellation fee.

  • Please note any relevant info, special requests or dietary restrictions on your reservation. We encourage that you contact us directly to assure the details of your requests. Please also remind your server when seated.
